Terms and Conditions of Sale – Les Chalets des Fermes Collection

‍Booking confirmation: a contract is drawn up when the stay is confirmed. This contract sets out all the rental terms.

Payment: bookings are only considered confirmed once a deposit of 25% of the total cost of the stay has been paid, deductible at the end of the agreed stay. The balance must be paid no later than 30 days before arrival. A security deposit of 25% must be paid no later than 15 days before the start of the rental.

Cancellation: if the Customer cancels their booking, they will not be refunded any sums already paid in respect of:

-          the deposit

-          any additional services already booked with the Service Provider for the organisation of their stay.

If the Customer cancels more than 30 days before the contract takes effect, they will forfeit the deposit paid.

If the Customer cancels less than 30 days before the Contract takes effect, they must pay the Agent the full rent as a penalty clause.

Arrival: we will do our best to have your chalet ready as soon as possible. However, please note that this will only be possible from 5pm. Please let us know if you will be arriving late.

Departure: the chalet must be vacated by 10am at the latest. A penalty equal to the cost of one night will be charged for any departure after this time. Please note that our chalets are non-smoking. In the event of non-compliance, cleaning and restoration costs will be charged to you.

Arriving at the Spa: we recommend arriving at least 15 minutes before your treatment time so that you can make the most of your experience. Please note that late arrival cannot result in an extended treatment.

Relaxation and switching off: the Pure Altitude Spa is a sanctuary dedicated to relaxation. Please switch off your mobile phone to ensure a peaceful atmosphere for all our guests.

Health conditions: for your safety, please inform us of any health problems (heart conditions, phlebitis, arthritis, ulcers, cancer currently being treated…), allergies or injuries that could affect your treatment. Please also let us know if you are pregnant.

Pregnancy: for safety reasons, we do not perform massages on pregnant women during the first trimester. Specific programmes tailored to the needs of pregnant women are available. Please ask the Spa reception for advice.

Personal belongings: trays are provided in each treatment room for your jewellery. However, we recommend that you remove all personal belongings before your visit. Please note that the hotel accepts no responsibility for items lost or left in bathrobes.

Wellness area: our wellness area is reserved exclusively for hotel guests. Smoking and drinking alcohol are prohibited in our facilities.

Cancellation policy: prepaid treatments cannot be cancelled. They may be changed up to 24 hours before the treatment time, to a new specified date, subject to availability.

For payment of the deposit (50% or 100%, depending on the rate chosen) by bank card, the card will be debited at the time of purchase, i.e. upon confirmation, via a secure payment link.  Please also note that cheques are not accepted for any payment.
