These General Terms of Use (hereinafter the "Terms of Use") set out the terms and conditions under which Compagnie de Services provides a consultation and tailor-made stay design service in its establishments (hereinafter the "Service") to the user (hereinafter "the user"). Access to this Service is subject to compliance with this legal notice. Any internet user wishing to access it must first have read these General Terms of Use and undertakes to comply with them without reservation.

ARTICLE 9 - DISPUTE RESOLUTION

ARTICLE 10 - AMENDMENTS AND COMPETENT JURISDICTION

These General Terms of Use are governed by French law and the French language. The user of the website www.chaletsdesfermes.com agrees that any dispute or complaint relating to the operation of this service shall be settled before a court within the jurisdiction of Fermes de Marie Chalet Rental. These General Terms of Use may be amended by Fermes de Marie Chalet Rental at any time, in particular in the event of technical, legal or case-law developments or when new services are introduced. The user must regularly check these General Terms of Use and undertakes to stop using the service immediately if they disagree with them, the user being required to accept these General Terms of Use without reservation.
