The most beautiful chalets in Megève
The Les Chalets des Fermes collection

The Les Chalets des Fermes collection is a selection of some of the most beautiful chalets and apartments available to rent in and around Megève. All our properties are rented exclusively with the 5-star hotel services of Les Fermes de Marie. More than just chalets, the properties in our collection are unique, timeless places to live, whose character and authentic atmosphere allow everyone to escape for the length of a stay.

Why entrust us with your chalet?
THE MAISONS & HÔTELS SIBUET EXPERTISE

Once your property has been approved by our teams, we offer you a “net-to-owner” rental rate schedule. We draw up a list of any additional needs in the chalet, along with a furnishing proposal if necessary. Our sales team, trained in selling luxury chalets, is available all year round, 7 days a week, to market your property in the best possible conditions. Throughout the year, our sales team attends the major travel trade shows in the United States, the United Kingdom and Switzerland.
We also have our own network of clients thanks to our establishments in prestigious destinations: St Barth, St Tropez, the Luberon and, of course, Megève.
As a licensed estate and letting agent, we act as a genuine intermediary between owner and guest. We carry out all the marketing needed to promote your property, including a styled photo shoot and a video.
Once a guest has been found, we handle all the formalities, from arrival to departure, including collecting funds on the owner’s behalf and managing the security deposit. We receive a commission on the gross rent collected (excluding hotel services invoiced to the guest). Throughout the stay, we then provide the 5-star hotel service of Les Fermes de Marie, guaranteeing the owner that their property is perfectly looked after.
